How long does shipping take?

Since each product is made on demand , we only begin production after your purchase.

The estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 7–14 working days
  • USA & Canada: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Where are the products shipped from?

We work with Printful , a reliable print-on-demand partner with production locations in Europe, North America and Asia .

Your order will be automatically shipped from the nearest fulfillment center – this shortens delivery times and reduces CO₂ emissions.

Can I return or exchange items?

Because each product is custom-made for you , we can only offer returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items .

If there's anything wrong with your order, please contact us at info@storelumora.net within 14 days of receipt – we'll be happy to help.

Are there any customs fees or additional costs?

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees , depending on your country of residence and the value of the goods.

These costs are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon receipt.

However, we always try to ship orders from the nearest Printful location to avoid such fees whenever possible.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

No matter where you are, your Lumora products will be produced from one of our international Printful locations and shipped directly to you.
